By purchasing an eSIM from Roamie Kim (roamiekim.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. About Us

Roamie Kim is an online eSIM reseller operated by Jihye Yoo, based in Melbourne, Australia (ABN: 12 618 335 017). We sell travel eSIM plans for South Korea and Australia, sourced from licensed eSIM providers.

2. Our Service

We provide prepaid data-only eSIM plans for use in South Korea and Australia. After purchase, you will receive a QR code by email which you scan to install the eSIM on your device.

• eSIM plans are data-only — they do not include voice calls or SMS
• Your existing SIM card remains active for calls and texts
• Korea plans (roamiekim.com): Valid for use in South Korea. Payments processed in AUD.
• Australia plans (roamiekim.com/ko/): Valid for use in Australia. Payments processed in KRW.
• Data validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a local network in the destination country

3. Eligibility

To purchase and use our eSIM, your device must:

• Be eSIM-compatible (iPhone XR or later, Samsung Galaxy S20 or later, Google Pixel 3 or later)
• Be carrier-unlocked
• Not be purchased in mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macao (for most models)

It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing. We are not liable for purchases made on incompatible devices.

4. Delivery

Your eSIM QR code will be delivered to your email address within minutes of successful payment. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive. Contact us at hello@roamiekim.com if you have not received your eSIM within 30 minutes.

5. Installation & Activation

• Install the eSIM on Wi-Fi before travelling
• Keep the eSIM turned off until you arrive in Korea to preserve your data allowance
• Enable Data Roaming on the eSIM line once in Korea
• eSIMs cannot be reinstalled once deleted from your device

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Payments for Korea eSIM plans are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payments for Australia eSIM plans are processed in Korean Won (KRW). By completing a purchase, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method for the selected plan amount.

7. Refund Policy

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

• QR code not delivered within 24 hours of purchase — full refund available
• eSIM not installed, activated, or used — refund request available within 14 days of purchase
• No refunds once the eSIM has been installed or activated

8. Network Coverage

Korea eSIM: Connects to South Korea's major networks (SKT, KT, LGU+). Coverage is excellent across cities and tourist areas.

Australia eSIM: Connects to Australia's major networks (Optus, Telstra, Vodafone). Coverage is excellent across major cities and tourist regions.

We cannot guarantee connectivity in all locations, including remote areas. Coverage quality is subject to network conditions beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Roamie Kim's liability is limited to the amount paid for the eSIM plan. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the eSIM service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
