By purchasing an eSIM from Roamie Kim (roamiekim.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. About Us
Roamie Kim is an online travel eSIM reseller operated by Jihye Yoo, based in Melbourne, Australia (ABN: 12 618 335 017). We offer destination and regional plans sourced from contracted eSIM providers.
2. Our Service
We provide prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for selected destinations in Asia, Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe, together with any other destinations or regional coverage shown as available for purchase on our website. After successful payment, we arrange delivery of an eSIM QR code and installation details by email.
- eSIM plans are data-only unless the plan page expressly states otherwise — they do not include a local phone number, voice calls or SMS
- Your existing SIM may remain active, but your home carrier may charge for roaming, calls or messages
- Each plan is valid only in the destination or coverage area stated on its product page and order confirmation
- Data allowance, maximum validity, supported networks, speed and activation rules vary by plan; the details displayed at checkout form part of your purchase
- Plans marked Coming soon, unavailable or on hold are previews only and cannot be purchased
3. Eligibility
To purchase and use our eSIM, your device must be eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked and permitted to install an eSIM in its country or region of manufacture. Model support can vary by market and carrier, so please use our device compatibility check and confirm your device settings before purchasing.
4. Delivery
Your eSIM QR code will be delivered to your email address within minutes of successful payment. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive. Contact us at hello@roamiekim.com if you have not received your eSIM within 30 minutes.
5. Installation & Activation
- Follow the installation and activation instructions in your delivery email
- Use a stable Wi-Fi connection while installing
- Check the plan's activation policy before installation; some plans begin on installation and others on first connection in the coverage area
- Enable Data Roaming on the eSIM line when instructed and select the eSIM for mobile data
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe in the currency and amount shown at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorise Stripe to charge your selected payment method. Any foreign exchange or card issuer fees are determined by your financial institution.
7. Refund Policy
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Our voluntary change-of-mind policy generally covers an eSIM that has not been installed, activated or used when requested within 14 days of purchase. Installation or activation may limit change-of-mind refunds, but nothing in these Terms excludes remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
8. Destination, Regional Coverage & Networks
Country plans cover only the destination stated at checkout. Regional plans, including Europe plans, cover only the countries listed for that specific plan at the time of purchase. Nearby countries, territories, offshore areas and transit destinations are not included unless expressly listed.
Available networks, 4G/5G access and coverage can vary by destination, location, device, network conditions and provider arrangements. A supported local network may change without notice. We do not guarantee a particular carrier, signal, speed or continuous connectivity in every location, especially in remote, indoor, maritime or border areas.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent otherwise permitted by law, Roamie Kim is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the eSIM service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that apply where you live or purchase the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
