You can install the eSIM on your phone before you travel (requires Wi-Fi during installation), but activate it only when you arrive in South Korea. Your data plan starts counting from the moment of activation, not purchase. 여행 전에 Wi-Fi를 통해 eSIM을 설치할 수 있지만, 활성화는 한국에 도착했을 때 해주세요. 데이터 플랜은 구매 시점이 아닌 활성화 시점부터 카운트됩니다.

Can I use my existing SIM at the same time?

If your QR code was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. If your eSIM has not been installed, activated, or used, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once the eSIM has been installed or activated, refunds are not available. If you experience a technical issue caused by us, we will resolve it or provide a full refund. No. Roamie Kim eSIMs are data-only plans. They do not include a Korean phone number or SMS. You can still make calls and send texts using your existing SIM card, or use apps like KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, or FaceTime over data. 아니요.
