When does my plan start?
The plan starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at your destination.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. Keep your primary SIM active for bank codes or emergencies, but check your carrier’s roaming charges. Use the eSIM for mobile data.
Can I buy a Daily Unlimited plan?
Not yet. All Daily Unlimited plans are marked Coming soon while we complete supplier verification and live-order testing.
Can I use hotspot?
Hotspot is generally supported, but availability can depend on the local network and your device.
